Ventrica shortlisted for London & South East Contact Centre Awards

We are excited to announce that we have been shortlisted in the category of ‘Outsourcing Partnership of the Year’ in the London & South East Contact Centre Awards 2016.

The recognised partnership is for our work with innovative barefoot shoe maker, Vivobarefoot (www.vivobarefoot.com) who have witnessed incredible growth this year as well as just completing a hugely successful crowdfunding drive to raise over £1.3million. Ventrica provides a centralised customer service hub in the UK that covers the brands sales territories across the globe, with native language speakers based at our Southend contact centre. Wish us luck in the final judging and we look forward to attending the awards ceremony on the 20th May.
