Samantha Pagliocca awarded Ventrica’s Employee of the Month

A big congratulations to Samantha Pagliocca who has been awarded Ventrica’s March Employee of the Month. Samantha is an outstanding member of our Bureau team and provides pivotal support across many of our dedicated accounts. She has continually provided great results not only through her KPIs on many of our accounts but also through call Quality scores. Samantha continually follows the Ventrica Promise to the best of her ability and is setting the standard for customer service. She was presented with her award by team manager Pam Zealey.
