Ventrica wins Sales and Marketing Service Excellence Award

We are overjoyed at Ventrica to share the news of our success at the McCarthy Stone Supply Chain Awards, in aid of the McCarthy Stone Foundation annual gala dinner September 2022. We were nominated for the Sales and Marketing Service Excellence award for our contact centre team and despite extremely strong competition we won the award!

This is a fantastic accolade from our client, who work with many partners in generating sales for their retirement homes, but really shows the importance of the contribution our contact centre teams at Ventrica. We are supporting growth of McCathy Stone and maintaining a world-class level of customer care.

The event itself was a fantastic occassion, hosted by Debra Stephenson and with over 350 guests enjoying the evening and with a huge amount of money raised for the foundation, which invests in charities and organisations to help the older generation engage in local communities.

Ventrica attended in force, with our team represented – including our Brand Ambassador Jo, Isla and Paul, both advisors, one of our team leaders, Rebecca, Dan Ryan Service Delivery Manager and supported by Client Services Director Louise, and Operations Director Al, and also keen to show our commitment to the relationship with McCarthy Stone, our CEO Iain Banks.

Lots of fun was had in celebrating the success of our partnership, and as the McCarthy Stone said
