People’s Choice and Employee Of the Month Announced

And the winners are – big congratulations goes to Chanel Delgaty who won our Peoples Choice Award and for Charlotte Williams who was recognised as Employee of the Month for May. Fellow staff voted for Chanel who has been rewarded for her friendly and patient manner, her willingness to always help where she can, and last but not least for her perpetual smile.

As Employee of the Month, Charlotte was praised for always challenging herself to be better than her last call, offering a true representation of what good service looks like and brightening up everyones day. Her achievements are impressive, surpassing expectations with a 98% lead conversion (target 83%) appointment conversion 52% (target 40%) - an even more impressive feat when you realise that she only joined Ventrica in February. Charlotte also shows her dedication to the team by always being happy to help with overtime.
