Our UK and South African centres are light, extremely modern and have great views out over the Thames Estuary. The internal spaces have a capacity of 600 advisor positions, a reception, three multi-media training suites, two board rooms, four staff break out areas and a series of back-office suites to accommodate our management, administrative and support teams. Our work-from-home capability offers unlimited capacity to support our clients at peak times of the year.
It’s nice to be beside the seaside and Southend-on-Sea is an excellent location for our centres as it was the original home for the Access credit card contact centre, which was subsequently acquired by RBS. This encouraged other big companies to set up contact centre operations in the locality such as HSBC, NatWest, Telewest, Thus, and First Data, and because of this, there is a highly trained pool of contact centre staff to recruit from.
Also because of our fantastic links to London and the Home Counties we are able to recruit people who have traditionally worked in the city but have started a family and prefer to work closer to home, providing a pool of highly skilled mature and experienced adults.
