Kelly Derrick, Front of House is our June Winner. Kelly is a pleasure to work with, she is always willing to help and support the whole business, she is organised, friendly and kind to her colleagues. Kelly really is the face of Ventrica, welcoming every guest with a smile.

Pam Zealey, Team Manager, New Look is our July Winner. Pam is one of our longest serving employees, she provides excellent support to her team, is approachable and always there to listen and advise. Pam is a fantastic person and truly is the heart of Ventrica and demonstrates our values every day.

Employee of the Month

Samantha Tomkins, Customer Service Advisor, McCarthy & Stone is our June Winner. Sam is loved by all of her colleagues and keeps team morale high. Sam achieves extremely consistent KPI’s and outstanding QC scores. She has great empathy and handles difficult situations with care, leaving her customers happy. Sam is an important part of her team and an asset to Ventrica!

Harry Davis, Customer Service Advisor, New Look is our July Winner. Harry is a great asset to the team, delivering the highest quality of customer service. He supports new starters and helps advisors with their system knowledge and service delivery. Harry continuously receives great customer feedback and is one of the team’s shining stars.
